Date of appoitment of Director

Hi,

For Annual Return purpose the date of appointment will be the date on which he/she was appointed as Additional Director.

In the AGM, Only regularisation has been done.

It is one kind of Approval from Shareholder about the director, who was appointed in the Board Meeting.

So, date of appointment will be the date when he was first appointed as the Additional Director.
