Date of Applicability of Income Tax Rule

ALso prez dont give assent to rules ...thus they are generally met out of notifications and circulars.

Dear Sir,

The Notifiication itself states the date from which it is made effective.

In the absence of it, the date of issue is considered as the date of applicability.

Dear Bhutada,

Please specify which rule u r reffering to as each rule will have its own applicability date.
