D-vat new notification

Can you tell me one thing..if interstate purchases are tax free... then Is T-2 should be filled?

or its just against various Forms interstate Purchases,...?

I think you do't read the notification "In respect of all goods purchased or received as stock transfer from outside Delhi are submitted online by the dealers.

and stock transfer is tax free

is VAT applicable towards materials used/consumed by a cleaning contractor during  rendering cleaning services. Mtaerilas are used like Cleaning Chemicals, Mops & cleaning Tools and Paper Products.
