how to calculate D.A.

Lower of below 3 Step
1- Actual Received
2- Actual paid- 10 % of basic salary
3- 50% of basic salary in case of (Delhi, Mumbai, 2 - another city ) and 40 % in rest city

DA is Dearness Allowance....it is basically calculate as all the additional reimbursement received from employer in inflation....It may be in % form or any additional amount received...
