Custom duty on samsung galaxy note 2

I want to receive Samsung Galaxy Note 2 mobile from one of my friend living in Germany which is around Rs. 32,000 after converting the currency. My question is how much will I have to pay on custom or exise duty to get this mobile. If possible please guide me the legal procedures I should follow to get it in my hands.

Ankit,if ur friend is coming to India ,he is eligible to get the adhoc deduction of Rs.35000/- on value of items he took from Germany.Value of items above Rs.35000/- is dutiable @ 36.05%.

Are you sure?? Because Mr. Pulkesh Mehta has suggeted about some thing 36.05% if the the product exceed Rs.35,000 amount.

You can get in India online @ Rs 33000.
