I want to receive Samsung Galaxy Note 2 mobile from one of my friend living in Germany which is around Rs. 32,000 after converting the currency. My question is how much will I have to pay on custom or exise duty to get this mobile. If possible please guide me the legal procedures I should follow to get it in my hands.
