my uncle who is at jeddah sent me an i phone 5s via courier(DHL COY.) on 28 dec.but the custom deptt. at delhi airport is not giving clearence by saying that thereis a penalty on the import of used goods.i dont know what to do as the shipping coy viz.DHL is saying me to make the custom clearence my self.DHL also sent me some documents which ill forward to you.i dont know what is the issue,they r treating me like a commercial importer but the phone is sent to me as a gift from my uncle.i also want to know that how much of penality i may pay for it.
