I just want to know below query
If any seller sale goods to to a customer and in invoice, he address bill to corporate office and dispatch to where goods to be delivered.
In above matter i want to know who state is liable to pay CST, who state will issue C form and which state required Road permit.

1)cst will be paid to the state from where the movement of goods starts. 2)c form will be given by the dealer to whom invoiced.Actually this type of transactiotion is called E 1 transaction.
3) Road permit will be givevn by the dealer who actually recives the goods.
