It will be carry forward in subsequent period as brought forward ITC which will be utilised to set off output vat in subsequent period.............refund will not be granted

Hello,

Should we file VAT even if there is only purchase (worth 2,00,000) and no sales in June 2015 ?

Or shall we wait until we make any sales ?
