Can I issue C form for purchases made before the registration under CST act ?
( pre operative expenses for manufaturing of machine of newly incorporated Pvt Ltd)

C form can be issued only by a registered dealer..........(however the dealer can obtain a voluntary registration.....even for one single transaction).......
Instead(my suggestion).......vat on cap goods (if they are so) have input tax credit.....so it can be claimed........varying with necessary limits...
