Suppose a registered dealer from Jharkhand purchase material from orissa dealer on full CST & again supply that material to another party of orissa @ 2% without any physical movement of items from one one state to another,Is it the right transaction,if not what will be the process to be followed in that case

It is a case of E1 Sale .Jharjand Dealer will collect C Form from another person to whom he has sold in Jharkand and the Original Jharkand Dealer will issue E1 Form to Orissa Dealer
