CSR applicable
whether condition for applicability of csr is notified by CG or not..i.e. Immediately financial year or any of three previous year?

If in any of 3 consecutive financial year, if the conditions are not met, then no need for CSR expenditure.Please find attached file having details of CSR applicability
is there any official notification..
