CS with CA

hello everyone,

what u all are discussing is a topic of endless debate.... i will just like to put some light on ur chance of working in govt sector after your professional course.. i am a chartered accountant and i am woking as a finance executive with a navratan PSU. basically for job in PSU ca or cwa means the same. they both are treated equal.  both have the same chance of being selected.nowdays most of the big PSUs are visiting both ca and cwa institute for selection.  however seats for cs are limited.

Go for it dear one of the best combination is whaterver u can do during the articleship period.

Actually  Dear I mean to say that we are professional if you like to do Job than  CA and CS can be good combination because It can strong your profile coz company will see the versitile advantage in you, but in practice client will come when you are specialised in a particular matter,so I think in that sitution CA and CWA can be a great combination.

yes....CA with CS is a good carrer option...go for it. 

cs with ca will not increase your package.....its just a degree ....now its upto you whether to do cs or not

Well Ankit, I think you have unser estimated CS as a degree, which shows how much you know about CS. Being a CS I would advise you to kindly check the professional members who have done CS and CA. Having said that if you have any doubt you can check through any listed companies Annexure under Sec 217 (2A). In that you can find how much the professionals are drawing.

If I don't know any subject does n't mean the same is bad. CA, CWA and CS three are differenty profession which is having corellated each other. One is more concentrated on Accounts and Taxation, other on Legal , Taxation Compliance and Third on Taxation and Costing & Mgt Accounting. Once you are having 3 qualification, it is understood that the guy is well versed with all 3 diciplianries.

Being a professional I would like to advise you to give some respect to the institues.
