IT IS NOT CLARIFIED YET . BEFORE THIS NOTIFICATION , ICSI ISSUED TWO NOTIFICATION . WHILE ONE IS CHANGED SIMILAR TO NEW ONE OTHER ONE STILL INTACT WHICH RELATES TO HIGHLIGHT .IF THERE IS ANY CHANGE IN THAT NOTIFICATION , I WILL MENTION HERE.
