The exemption option is not available in Online Facility. I am also facing the same prob.

To claim exemption you have to fill the xam form  in physically form

Fill the form from  https://www.icsi.edu/docs/WebModules/Student/ExemptionForm260612.pdf and send it to along with the requisite exemption fee(if applicable)
