Cs (ph.d in commerce)

Hello,

i m having one notification by University of mumbai , where can  CS can pursue ph.d in commerce (University of Mumbai).But it does not specify the Minimum  % eligibility.(trying to upload this but invain)

Any one having  the  copy of MOU or any other documents to explore this matter further , please help

pls suggest
