CS OR LLB

DO LLB & THEN CS

hey rahul i want to know the similarity between CS & LLB........ means what are the subject that falll in both of them..........?

only this subject --  GCL,company law,labour law  is similer in CS and llb.

According to me Aftet b.com  CS is batter. do'nt invest your valuable 3 years in LLB.

  CS AND LLB HAS STUDY OF LAW AS COMMON FACTOR. A LAWYER SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF MISCELLANEOUS LAWS AND ACTS HOWEVER CS SHOULD HAVE PRECISE KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICALLY IN THE FIELD OF COMPANY MATTERS.

FIRST COMPLETE UR CS AND THEN SIDE BY SIDE OR AFTER THAT CHOOSE LLB. THIS IS BEST COMBINATION AND MOSTLY PREFERRED FOR BETTER JOB OPPORTUNITIES.

i think CS is better.

LL.B. is a great and recognised combination with CS. But we can not say that it is must for a Company Secretary. If you are having LL.B. degree then it would be counted as an additional advantage and you can easily and confidently handle legal work along with secretarial work.

As per my suggestion go for simultaneously study of CS and LL.B.
