COACHING COMP. CERTIFICATE...........IF ANY.........OTHERWISE LEAVE IT

what i sud select in  CS COMPUTER TRAINING as i have appeared for the exam but didn't get the certificate - YES/ undergone.

 & for coaching completion certificate leaving blank is ok as i have submitted all the test papers but didn't receive the certificate?

can we file cs excutive exam form online????  plz  reply me. i didn't completed a computer traning and sip.. then can i eligible to give a xam in june2012??
