Please let me know how would a combination of CS and a specialisation of IPR be justified together as a career option. What i mean to understand is what are the career options for an IPR specialised candidate along with a CS in the IP field?

Well, as far as CS+IPR is concerned, its good. But it depends, in case you wish to specialise in IPR then you got to choose between IPR and CS thing. If you are serious about IPR, its better you do law also and then do the law practice since IPr will require you to appear in Courts whenever you have the litigation cases.
