I have cleared cs executive in june 2012, i want to start my training. what is better a firm or company in terms of scope and future growth?

A firm is good if you want to understand every aspect of the company secretarial work, else if you are clear in your head that you want to work in a specific section then you must go for a company.
A company will give you super specialisation and corporate work structure. Its your call.
Both have their own plus and minuses. So decide whether you want to specialize or learn every aspect of work in the first place.
