ya u can do better also without sections but is easy to learn sections whenever you read any chapter just wright only sections number and their defination in short means what the sectaion said and then revised these sections only and you will remmember these in paper.

if u think its not easy then learn proper matter and remember only sections of imp chapter Like Directors, AGM, BM, Public Deposit etc

Good... For also exam was good... but last two papers where little difficult when compared to other papers...

correct
