Definetely, u can do CS in Hindi but th module is available in English Only.

Although modules are available only in English but there are so many books available in Hindi also. Gradually you should have command over English because all the Corporate Compliance is required to be fulfilled in English only. 

For first 45 days; you may find difficulties to understand in English (if your command over English is not up-to-mark). It is just a fear that person cannot do miracle in English Medium when he comes originally from Hindi Medium.

Vikesh Mundhra who got IIIrd Rank in CA Final with 3 Gold Medals (English Medium) but he appeared in Hindi Medium in CA PE II.

In professional examinations language is not so important but your concepts are important. More books and materials would be available in English which would be a tough task to translate all the time in Hindi.

Still to start with; you can definitely prefer Hindi and I am sure you will easily pass because most of the subjects upto CS Executive level are already covered in your B Com examinations.
