Hi! m an executive level student of cs and m gonna take the module II exam in june '10 (i took module I exam in dec '09 and cleared it) . i just wanted to know if i can take the dec '10 exam for professional level if i clear exec level this june?? i read somewhere in this forum that there must be a minimum gap of 9 months b/w clearing exec level and taking professional level exam!! is that true? also, do i need to register again for taking professional level exams ( i was registered in feb '09)?

Another prob.- m doing LL.B. n C.S. both n i have my law exams all throughout  the month of may so i cant start studying for c.s. b4 27th May! i haven't read anything b4 so pls suggest if there is any  way i can clear c.s. this time?? any particular book i should refer to? i wont have much time for preparation so pls suggest some shortcuts!!

Thanks a lot!!

hello.....if  u clear in this june 10 exe prog. Then u r first attempt  4 exam of prof. prog. taken in  june 2011.

L.L.B IS EASY NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT,TAKE  UR VALUABLE TIME IN  PREPARATION FOR CS.

IN GROUP II EXE. PROG. GO THRU MODULE ONLY FOR ALL SUBJECT.MODULE IS BEST IN ICSI.

THERE IS NO SHORT CUT JUST REMEMBER.........

SO DO UR BEST EFFORT N BEST OF LUCK.:)

Regarding your first quest. -  No you cant give your professional exams in dec 10.  If you pass executive in june then you will be eligible for professional in next june only.

Regarding your second query, i cant tell much on shortcuts, but as you are doing LLB i think you should be comfortable in Co. law paper.  In my opinion modules of institute are best for preperation, but as you dont have much time, you can refer short notes.  You will get plenty of notes on various subjects at this forum, do search them and you can refer these notes.

thanks!!
