Cs executive exams without submitting response sheets??

i am writing exams without submitting the same ... no problem faced by me till now.. so i don't think its necessary...

But the exam application form asks for a declaration about submission of response sheets... Also, i have not completed any computer training. Is it possible to give my exams in this december and then apply for the computer training??
