can u please tell me that will any student will be eligible for executive exam,,if he has not submitted his tite sheet(response sheet)...and has not done computer training as per the icsi...?????

Yes you are eligible ,
even for Non complettion of computer Training b4 exam can select undergoing option in the exam form and can write awaited in Response sheet col in exam form.
