Go to any regional chapter with 8500 rs and your 10 the 12th and grad cert and marksheets (attested).
Take some photos also
register before aug 30 so that you can attempt in june 2012 for both the groups and you will get ID card by post in 1 month and using that number only you can enroll in a Computer course and SIP programme
