CS students are no longer required to submit the response sheets. Recently, ICSI has put an end to this requirement.

It is mandatory to submit atleast 1 paper for every subject
Yes, you are no longer required to submit papers. The Institute has discontinued the practice of submission of test paper for obtaining coaching completion certificate.
