suppose i am a businessman having been registered in gujarat and additional place of business in Maharashtra one of my suppliers of Maharashtra provides me service and raised the bill of cgst and sgst and i provide services to my client by raising bill of igst on him can i off set my IGST liability by credit of CGST & SGST of bill drawn on me by the service provider of Mahastra ??

igst liability can be set - off with the cgst & sgst input credits
there is no problem with sgst credit is of the state Maharashtra and igst liability is of say gujarat right @ naveen chand
