sir some practice say all the creditor detail is necessary and some practise say its not necessary I am write manually account its a very time spend process so plz advice me creditor list is necessary or not

If you are under composition levy, no need to pay tax quaterly and file GSTR-4. No need to file GSTR-3B.
List of creditors is not required for GST returns. It may be required for income tax purpose.
Creditor List not required, BUT to compute your Purchases he must be asking creditor details list showing b.no.,dt. taxable amount & GST therin.
But the purchase (if procured from registered person) details would be autopopulted in Form GSTR-4A. The same can be considered to file Form GSTR-4.
