after GST registration you are able to take ITC... for GST registration if agrigate turnover is less than 20 lakh than no need to register in GST and no need to pay tax

No ITC in Hand. But, Stock is in Hand..

Then How to treat it on GST....?

You will get credit of it also u/s 140(3).
