Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether credit notes can be issued to unregistered individuals for intrastate sales returns. Generally, it's permissible for both registered and unregistered parties, provided a debit note is received from the customer. However, for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) transactions, a formal debit note isn't necessary; the customer's acceptance of the credit note suffices.

Yes, you can issue Credit note to all registered / unregistered party (for your Sales return)
But required debit note from party
In B2C, it's not required, only acceptance of party on Credit Note is enough at time of sales return.
OK Sir
