if I purchase goods and after some time some demage goods return to supplier , who fill Gst return - selar , purchaser and both

Supplier has to show in his GSTR 1 & Recepient will reduced his ITC by reporting it in 3b
Supplier has to file gstr sales
Agree with Pankaj sir and Pritesh.
Seller has to raise credit note and show in GSTR1 and buyer has to reduced the ITC on such returns in 3B.
