now ( i.e. january 2020 onwards ) one of the items will be returned..

As per section 34 of the CGST act 2017 ,Credit Note in relation to the supply of goods or services of F.Y 18-19 can be issued up to the September 2019 or Annual return whichever is earlier and Your sales bill date was 17-11-2018 pertains to F.Y 2018-19 .
