If goods return of inter state Sale but there is no any interstate sale in Current month? Can I adjust CGST & SGST output payable?

i am asking i have credit note whice is related Inter state sale but current month we don't have any inter state so how to adjust in GSTR 3B

boss , just avail credit of igst against such credit note showing taxable value of goods returned.

if no Cgst and sgst liability, then credit will be carry forward or else adjust Cgst and sgst laibilty. in 3 B not showing outward sales and update in all other input credit column.

First set off CGST and balance Sgst, still balance C/F.
