E.g. mr a is running m/s techoviz. his brother is an employee in that prop.firm. now he wants to establish a prop.firm of same name under the proprietorship of his brother at same address. and also he will open separate current account on his brother' firm name. i.e. in public view there is a one firm m/s technoviz but technically there are two firms with same name and address but propritors are diffrent.

You can go ahead and have two proprietory firm with same name but different proprietor.
