Creation of 2 proprietorship firms of same name and same address bt diffrent pan
i m running a brand promotion proprietorship firm. my brother joined me two years ago . whom i employed on salary basis. now i want to open a same name of prop firm as of mine and also at same address with diffrent current account which he will manage. can i do so.

E.g. mr a is running m/s techoviz. his brother is an employee in that prop.firm. now he wants to establish a prop.firm of same name under the proprietorship of his brother at same address. and also he will open separate current account on his brother' firm name. i.e. in public view there is a one firm m/s technoviz but technically there are two firms with same name and address but propritors are diffrent.
Yes... He/They can if firm name not registered under any act...
You can go ahead and have two proprietory firm with same name but different proprietor.
Take note that keep accounts properly and double check in handling bank transactions.
