No CPT is't scrapped. There r 2 situations: 1) If u r 12th pass then u can direct enter into CPT in order to pursue CA course and 2) If u r a Graduate then u can escape CPT subject to the fullfillment of two conditions: i) If u r a commerce graduate then u need to have atleast 55% marks in ur graduation OR ii) If u r a Science or ART graduate then u need to have atleast 60% marks at ur graduation level. All others are necessarily required to go through CPT. |

So I am not the only one who thinks it's gonna happen. It seems the CA President gave the Ok fo this and it will be announced soon.

Please tell me, my factory in noida on monthly rent is Rs. 1,00,000/- the landlord charge service tax on 10.3% on rental value (100000+10300=110300) on my duty deduct the TDS @ 10% on it total value i.e. 110300/- or only rental value i.e. 100000/- pls advise me
