Cpt exam registration doubt for december

1::Cant find online registraton link??

2::WHat is pen-pencil mode or electronic mode.In sense How will i give exam if i register for december?On computer or on papers?

3::What is the examination fee exactly.At some places i see 6000 whereas somewhere it states 1000.I am totally confused.

4::Will i get same study material as the online material pdf  or i do need to buy some more off market materials for my papers?
