CPT December doubt (urgent)

THE ABOVE FAQ IS FOR EXAM FORM FILLING

Thanks aditya.I paid it online.And also took printout of form.

But now i found out that i made 2 mistakes .One small one very big.

One i have done graduation and i forgot to add its marks.Though i think thats not a bigger mistake.

2nd for my 12th marks i wrote max marks as marks obtained and marks obtaines as maximum marks.

How do i rectify  the mistake.

Also do i need to do all this before 1st  october 2011?

YOU SHOULD CONTACT AT E SAHAYATA REGARDING THIS. IMMEDIATELY.

AND YOU SHOULD SEND THE PHOYOCOPIES TO INSTITUTE. AND ALSO SEND THE LETTER ABOUT MISTAKE. 

YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE APPROVED AS PAYMENT IS DONE

Thanks aditya have registered a complaint via esahatya but i will have to check status after 27th.I also tried to mail them on wro @ icai.org.Unfortunately mail bounced as the account has gone over quota.

I guess while physically submitting the form at  their regional office in mumbai ill bring that to their notice.I dont think its a very big mistake.

But i must say i had to be carefull before filling the form.But i was overexcited.

no problem shoud be  there. intimate them about mistake. it will be rectified
