They are part of the study material of ICAI. But Volume-II in those links is called Practice Manuals of ICAI. It contains various problems for practice, which also contains previous exam papers.
Hello, thanks, these are really helpful. Are they the same ones that we can buy from The Institute office, which are called "Practice Manuals"?
Also, please tell me if this is the updated version, relevant for Nov. 2011 exams?
I was planning to go to icai office and buy these manual, but since they are available here, I dont need to buy news ones, right? all i want to know is whether these links contain updated and amended stuff.

All the Volume-II which is called practice manuals in ICAI website are updated and are relevant for Nov. 2011 exams. Also refer Revision Test Papers in ICAI website for some more latest amendments in taxation and law. You can download them and refer confidently, no need to buy the materials.
