i think before standard it is 80% and above standard it is 120%

production is below standard then 80%

production is above standard then 120%

Less than 100%                                                            80% straight piece rate or 83% of straight piece rate

100% or more                                                                 120% of straight piece rate or 125% of straight piece rate

Note:- If 80% is taken then 120 % should be followed and same for 83% and 125%..
