Cost sheet mein outstanding exp aate hai?

cost sheet is made to calculate unit selling price of FG...outstanding expenses are actual expenses which will effect the Cost per unit which is used to recover the S.P. from the customer..in my opinion it shud be added
Yup...add krne ke baad hi answer match ho rha hai...
