My question is about yearly maintenance costs incurred to the founder of PVT ltd company

Say after we register a pvt ltd company, and we are doing very less business very nominal and it would take few years to really improve

ex: 10-20 lakhs turn over per year, an event mgt company

in such case, how much cost would a company owners will incur yearly & what are they..

what my intention to know is, how much cost one has to bear in terms yearly filing costs, etc to run a pvt ltd company, if their turnover is very less

Return filing is mandatory.Depends on case to case based on the professionals you hire for the same.

For a Company different expenses are

Professional Fees: Yearly audit fees depending upon on quantum of work ( minimum Rs 5,000/-)

2. Annual Filling fees with MCA : around rs 1,000-1,500

3. Income tax @ 30 % depending upon profit of the company.

Fees for obtaining digital Signature of a director 1,500 for every 2 years.

Apart from above there will be Company Incorporation expenses.
