As per the Companies Cost Audit Rule, the Cost Auditor has to furnish the Cost Audit Report within 180 days from the closure of the Financial Year. In case the Annual General Meeting of the Company is held before 30th September and the Company is required to file its Annual Accounts through XBRL. My query is, in case the XBRL filing is done timely and the Cost Audit Report is furnished after the XBRL filing, then how shall we furnish the details of Cost Audit Report?
