Since the provisions of Company Act 2013 relating to Mergers/Amalgamations, winding up, sick company have not come into force till date, these topics are to be read on the basis of Companies Act 1956.

However there is huge probablity in exam, that some questions based on 2013 may be ask.So just read atleast once new provisions also.
