will you please let me know the basis of fixation of % of guarantee commission on corporate guarantee?

There are no basis at all.
As this is the matter of Opposite Company's position & Need.
Normally the banks are charging commission @ 3 % p.a.on bank guarantees.
Either you may charge the same rate of commission on corporate guarantee or you may bargain with your associate company for better commission .
