I am a coordinator of a firm in Sikkim and the firm for which I provide service is Registered in Kolkata .
now since the place of supply is Sikkim and the my billling is being done to Kolkata , what should I charge?
cgst and SGst or IGST?

your billing to kolkata then you charge igst.

but place of supply is Sikkim
and my registration is also in Sikkim.
only the firm to whom I provide service is located in Kolkata

Respected Mem Service receiver are ragistared in wb. Then igst charge. If service recevier ragistared in sikkim then sgst cgst. If any person billing b2c then we will see location of supplier other than billing b2b we will see location of recipient

I agree to the point.
but GST says that it gives benefit to the consumer state.
but when the service is being consumed in Sikkim then why do I charge IGST and pass on the revenue to Bengal is my question.
plz advise
