Hi Ankit,
Enter icai.org site, then click on 'member record as on date' in 'member' section (3rd option),
enter membership no, DOB and region then submit, you will get your all details i.e. name, address, enrolment date etc.
then in that page click on 'member firm association details', you will get the firm registration no., date, name of firm etc.
