Right now it is not possible u have opportunity to write two more attempts in PE-II switch over scheme had been closed long back....anyway contact once in the institute for the latest scheme of transfer....i think it is better to write PE-II than IPCC (4 subjects in 1st group & splitted Accounts paper)
