Conversion of company into llp
Urgent Please
i am trying to file LLP Form 14 but when i enter CIN of private company, it shows Enter a CIN having status as converted to LLP, What does it mean and how can it slove?

To solve this problem create a service related complaint and raise the ticket then mail it to appl helpdesk @ mca.gov.in . Moreover as per circular dated 15 October 2015 it is not mandatory to e file form 14. Check your companys status in Companys master data, it will show converted to llp
