conversation of gst partnership firm into proprietor ship
i want to convert gst partnership firm into proprietorship firm.. what should i do for this... actually 1 partner want to take over the whole business and another one have no issue.

You have to apply for cancellation and apply for new registration again with the pan NUMBER of that partner who is going to carry on business.. then this will be treated as proprietorship business..
