Continuing director

The term "continuing director" is not defined anywhere in the Companies Act, 2013. 

But sir it's mentioned in Section 174(2).

Continuing director is mentioned in Section 174(2) in the context if total number of directors goes below the statutory limit or the limit specified in AOA, then such directors are termed as 'Continuing Directors'. But this is not definition. This term is under only for the purpose of Section 174(2)
